Participant Profile:
Producers, Line Producers, Production Managers, Heads of Department, Production Co-Ordinators, Production Accountant i.e. anyone responsible for hiring, management of crew and administration of employment contracts.
TUTOR: Ciara McCormack / Graphite (HRM):
Ciara joined Graphite HRM as a HR Consultant. Prior to moving to Graphite, Ciara has previous experience working with Peninsula, a specialist employment law consultancy company where she worked as an Employment Law Consultant and Team Leader of the advice line. Prior to working with Peninsula, Ciara worked in a shared service HR Department for a telecommunications company as a HR Advisor. Ciara has experience leading a wide variety of clients, both in the public and private sectors, through complex HR processes and ensuring employment law compliance. Her previous experience spans across a range of HR functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, bullying and harassment, disciplinary and grievance procedures and redundancy/restructuring processes. Ciara is a commercially-minded, detailed-focused HR Consultant with exposure to all areas of HR within fast paced and ever changing environments. Ciara graduated from The National College of Ireland with a BA (Hons) Degree in Human Resource Management in 2012.
