Flexible Working In The Screen Industry is a free online conference on Thursday December 10th from 9.30am – 3pm. The event will share insights and spark discussion in a bid to inspire positive change towards flexible working across the screen sector.

What is Flexible Working?
Flexible working is the name given to any type of working pattern which is different from your existing one and might include:

  • changing from full-time to part-time
  • compressed hours
  • flexitime
  • working from home or remotely for part or all of the time
  • job sharing

This conference is aimed at all those interested in introducing flexible working into their daily lives including those raising families, caring for aging or ill relatives, and those who are simply considering changing the pattern of their working life for any other reason.

This conference is supported by the BAI Sectoral Learning and Development Fund, Skillnet Ireland and Screen Skills Ireland.
