Lunch & Learn: A series of 2hr self-development workshops helping you to manage your well-being and control your response to workplace stress during the Covid-19 Crisis.

In the world of work we are always grappling with problems and challenges. Yet how can we become more effective in solving the problems we encounter? In this two hour session we will draw upon the latest thinking in creative problem solving to take a fresh look at how individuals and organisations can address the challenges that they face, both big and small.
Key areas covered:
- What is a problem? Understanding different types of problems
- Problem finding vs problem solving
- Techniques and approaches for solving problems
- Diagnosing and understanding problems
- Generating new ideas
- Evaluating and screening ideas
- Developing potential solutions
- Testing and implementing
- Pitfalls and challenges of problem solving
Participant Profile:
This course is aimed at Heads of Departments, Managers and Team Leaders, in the Film & TV industry.
